We have used Mike and his crew for several years now and have referred him many times without hesitation. He has done everything from our bathroom tile, doors, windows, siding, flooring, to emergency repairs when we were in a pinch. He came running. He built us a gorgeous bar in our garage as well. Mike and his team can do pretty much anything! We highly recommend Mike Garlock for all of your renovation and new construction needs!

In an age of uncertainty where quality craftmanship, honesty and great work ethics are far and few between, Mike Garlock and team shine head and shoulders above any contractors I have used throughout my lifetime. Despite Mikes apparent docile demeaner, Mike packs a punch when it comes to getting a job completed. He has great ideas which helped my wife and I make decisions throughout our remodeling process and most importantly Mike himself was on the jobsite daily! I can't tell you how frustrating it is when you hire a contractor, give him a deposit and you only see his crew a couple days a week. Mike was there almost everyday, not only swinging a hammer, but reviewing our plans with us throughout the week so we knew what was happening all the time. Another very important note, Mikes team cleaned up at the end of the day EVERY DAY! They made sure that everything was tarped off so as not to get dust and smells throughout the rest of the house (Which my wife appreciated ALOT). Thank you Mike and Team for a job well done and exceeding our expectations!

M.E. Garlock was able to take my vision and create a beautiful bathroom space for us with an entire shower upgrade, new flooring, walls and toilet. This is the third job we have hired the company for and every time we are pleased with their work.

Mike and his team at M E Garlock Construction have done an amazing job building my dream home on White Lake!! I researched and spoke with many contractors and Mike was by far the most responsive and incredibly detail oriented. His craftsmanship and work ethic are second to none and I would highly recommend him for any project you are planning.

After three quotes, we hired M.E. Garlock Construction in confidence to build a very large, two level wrap around deck. Mike used his creative expertise and quality craftsmanship to help design this large structure as well as two separate outdoor staircases on difficult terrain. We were so pleased with the work that we then hired Mike to install a faux stone entrance and bar, as well as install a large header beam to open two rooms. He kept us updated throughout the process, did not increase the price as quoted and took progress photos throughout the process. We highly recommend this company and would hire them again when needed.

They started with the empty lot and did it all. Mike had to work around coliv19 restrictions and material problems. He was always there to answer questions and also dealt with changes I had in the middle of the project. His creativity and attention to detail is phenomenal . Him and the guys are great professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone for any remodel or new construction project.

Mike and crew installed doors, new roof, a backyard deck and repaired water damage. He honored the original quote even though materials skyrocketed in price during the COVID-19 shutdown. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and professionally with impeccable attention to detail. When we get the chance to build our forever home there's no doubt Mike will be the contractor.
